2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Return within the Stipulated Time: You are eligible for a refund if you return the water bottle within 180 days from the date of delivery. The water bottle must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective water bottle, you are eligible for a return or refund within 180 days from the date of purchase. A defective product is defined as one with manufacturing flaws that affect its normal use, such as leaks, cracks, or malfunctioning lids.

3. How to Initiate a Refund

  • Contact Customer Support: To start the refund process, please send an email to support@thehydrojugna.com. In the email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information. Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days to provide you with further instructions, including a return authorization number.
  • Return Shipping: Once you receive the return authorization, you are responsible for shipping the water bottle back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any items lost during transit. The return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect on our part.

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: When we receive the returned water bottle, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria. If the water bottle is in the proper condition and the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account. Please note that it may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

5. Non – Refundable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products: If you have ordered a customized or personalized water bottle (e.g., with your name engraved), it is generally non – refundable, except in cases of defects.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Water bottles that show signs of use, damage due to misuse, or are missing original packaging and accessories will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Damaged During Shipping: If the water bottle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thehydrojugna.com. Provide us with photos of the damaged product and the shipping package. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an incorrect water bottle (e.g., wrong model, color), contact us within 180 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return label at our expense and send you the correct item or issue a refund, as you prefer.
